EHFA ORGANISES THE FIRST EVER
EHFA UNIVERSITY, 6-10 June 2011, at IESE Business School, Barcelona
The EHFA University is a highly interactive and intensive one-week programmespecifically designed to help health and fitness professionals sharpen their leadership skills and broaden their vision of our ever changing sector.
Held on IESE’s world class Barcelona campus, the EHFA University features the expertise of health and fitness industry insiders and members of IESE’s renowned faculty who apply analytical and management concepts to real company situations.
A group of 35 international industry leaders will experience world class learning through a number of interactive, dynamic learning methods, including case studies, discussions, simulations, presentations and small group activities. The programme features the “Execugame”, a motivational activity in which teams compete in a virtual market place and solve real management dilemmas.
To maximize the learning experience, participants will also carry out a 360-degree leadership profile evaluation before theprogrammestarts. The results of the evaluation will be discussed privately with each participant and will form the basis for a personal action plan designed to enhance managerial and leadership skills. Participants also benefit from an online platform to continue work on individual or team projects upon theprogramme’sconclusion.
