How do I access my NASM One features and benefits?

Once enrolled, you will have immediate access to your NASM One benefits. Simply log into your customer portal to access your benefits.

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription before my year has expired?

You have the option to cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time. If you cancel mid-subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription features through the end of the subscription expiration date. To cancel your auto-renewal, log into your Customer Portal and select Account > Purchases and then select the Subscriptions tab. Note: The Company does not offer subscription refunds. When does my NASM One subscription expire? Where can I find this date?

Your subscription is due to be renewed 365 days from your initial subscription date. You can locate your renewal date in your Customer Portal by selecting Account > Purchases and then selecting the Subscriptions tab. NASM One subscription will show the renewal date, payment method, and status of your subscription. If you are making monthly payments, it will also show your next payment date and payments remaining.

Will the subscription fees be withdrawn automatically from my bank account?

All subscriptions fees are automatically withdrawn from the payment method you have saved on file at the time you signed-up. Depending on the type of plan you chose, your dues may be withdrawn on a monthly or annual basis.

What is the NASM One Member discount?

Active NASM One subscribers receive a Black Friday Exclusive discount of 60% off any NASM or AFAA course for a limited time! One this promotion ends, members will continue to receive 50% off any NASM or AFAA course. Please note, the following exclusions apply:

• Exam only and Exam Re-enrollment products
• Recertification fees; including late fees and CEU petition fees
• Recertify for Life product
• CPR/AED course offerings

What does unlimited retests and extensions mean?

With an active NASM One subscription, retest and/or extension fees are waived for all courses you are enrolled in, including any that were purchased before your subscription start date. Note: All standard retest wait periods still apply and retired courses are excluded. To take advantage of these benefits, you must contact NASM Member Services by phone or email. What is the Lifetime Certification?

With an active NASM One subscription all Recertification/Renewal fees are waived, including the cost of the CNC Renewal Exam. Recertification/Renewal late fees are not covered by the NASM One subscription. As an important reminder, you are you still required to satisfy the recertification/renewal requirements for each credential you hold.

What is Extended Access to Purchased Courses?

With an active NASM One subscription all extension fees are waived. To take advantage of these benefits, you must contact NASM Member Services by phone or email. Please visit our Support Page for contact information and hours of operation.

What is unlimited access to NASM Fitness Experts?

With an active NASM One subscription, you have access to our team of Fitness Experts who can provide support for NASM and AFAA course content questions and EDGE exercise programming. For contact information and hours of operation, navigate to the "Access To Fitness Experts" course within your customer portal.

How many CEU courses can I take?

All courses are free and unlimited! You can enroll in as many courses as you would like.

When do I get access to the EDGE app and it's related features?

As soon as you subscribe to NASM One, and as long as your subscription remains active, you can access the EDGE Trainer Pro mobile and desktop app. How to access EDGE:

• EDGE desktop: Log into your Customer Portal and select Career > My clients/My Libraries to access EDGE features.
• Mobile App: Download the mobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play store. Once you have downloaded the app, simply log in with the same email and password you use for your NASM/AFAA Customer portal.

What if I already have a paying subscription to EDGE?

Depending on how you first signed up for EDGE, if you are joining NASM One please be sure to cancel your current EDGE subscription through either the app store or by calling NASM Member Services.
